NWT Chunky Knit Sophisticated Pencil Skirt

68% Cotton 32% Nylon. This is a reversible skirt. 1 side is black and white with a diamond pattern, the other is mostly black with small white dots. Very warm and thick. Chunky knit fabric. Great for winter as a holiday skirt! Length is 18". Waist is 25" around. Fits someone best with a 26-28" waist. Hip is 35" around and stretches.
