NWT - Cider lace tube tie back mini dress

NWT cider mini dress in beige/white! Never worn. Bought this as a potential reception dress and it was unfortunately too big for me. I am a size 4 which this item was listed as a S / 4. Just slightly too large all around. Which is why there are no photos of me wearing it. I went on my honeymoon and missed the return window.
