NWT City Triangles | Mini Two Piece Formal Dress

Pictured is the NWT high neck haltered formal mini dress from City Triangles, in the color black & covered with sparkles, size 11 - dress is marked 11 but fits small, I am a ~usual~ size 8/10 and it fits perfectly for me.
