NWT Collared, Rust Skater Dress with zipper detail - S

Cute Forever 21 Contemporary brand new 70s-esque skater dress with tags! Rust colored with cream and navy collar, cream and navy details, a front zipper and hidden side zipper. There's nothing wrong with this, it just doesn't fit me, it's true to size small and there is no stretch. I forgot to take a picture of the material/wash tag but it's 100% polyester and is machine washable in warm water. 35" L 32" B 26" W
