NWT Collectif x Top Vintage Vanessa Pencil Dress

NWT Collectif x Top Vintage Vanessa Pencil Dress Red with black velvet polka dots, 3/4 sleeves, sweetheart neckline, stretchy fabric. Truly gorgeous and I just haven’t found the place to wear it. I work from home, have asthma so I’ve been not going out too much since the pandemic started. I am extremely sad to see this one go, but it would be nice for it to see the sunlight, go on dates, to parties, fabulous events. I do have cats so there may be traces of kitty glitter (for anyone with allergies).
