NWT Collection DressBarn Black Dress sz 18 Lined Top Stretchy Slit Sleeves

New womens size 18 black dress with slit sleeves. It is made by Collection from Dressbarn and is 95% polyester and 5% spandex. The lining is 100% polyester. The store tag says it is size 18W but the actual tag on the dress says size 18 so please check the measurements in the pictures against something you know fits.
