Collective Concepts silky like black dress with 3/4 length sleeves that are lace on the top! Skirt of dress is lined (see picture 3)! Elastic waist for a very flattering look! 100% polyester! (Shoes are NOT included) Tag says XS but I would say it fits more like a small and could fit a smaller medium as well! In the picture where I'm trying it on I have it clipped so everyone can see what it's supposed to look like!
