NWT Connected Apparel Metallic Silver Midi Dress

Metallic silver formal dress with a cowl neck and ruching to one side. Zips up the side. Fully lined. The material is stretchy. Hits a little below the knee on me - I'm 5'4". New with tags. Never worn. I meant to wear it to a wedding but ended up not being able to go. No flaws.
