Beautiful NWT Spring/Summer Peplum blouse by Lindi. Flutter cap sleeves that extend to the front, the feather and floral pattern fabric is pleated with lots of stretch. The front has double layered lining of the same fabric. Hem and ruffles is finished off nicely with a black edge. Nice touch! All items come from a smoke free home.
