jodyemerson @moonstruckd24 there is so much variation in women's sizing... which I absolutely hate! So its hard to say it runs true to size as i honestlybhave no idea what my true size is... I'd say it's closer to a 12. I personally range anywhere between a size 8-14 depending on the designer. I am 5'3 about 150 lbs... 40" bust, 33" waist and 44" hip (def pear shaped 😅) This fit me fine, I just realized I'm not really a romper/jumper kinda gal... hope the info is helpful...
