New with tags, personally handmade crocheted suspenders (with metal stud buttons) school girl-like skirt with tie-up sides on hip. Made by me & my brand, Wicked Legit Custom Creations. CAN fit anywhere from an extra small to a medium since the tie ups on both sides and the suspenders make it adjustable.
