NWT Cross-back Mini Dress

Mini dress with black and ivory pattern. Features tie front, elastic waistband, ruffle trim at the bottom, lining and straps that cross in the back. Brand is Millibon, purchased from Stitch and Feather. It’s new with tags but came delivered with a small rip as pictured and I didn’t return it in time. Looks like an easy sewing fix.
