This NWT top made by Cruise Wear & Co is so fancy. I would totally wear this on a cruise. Or to a holiday party. Or just around the house when I want to feel glamorous. The shell is black and shiny silver, with a solid black panel over the chest. I took one of the photos outside to try to show the shimmer. The sleeves are billowy kimono style. The long waist is ribbed for a close-to-the-body fit.
