NWT Cure Polka Dot Blouse, Size Small

This pretty polka dot blouse is 3/4 sleeve and has a small V peep hole 3” in front on top under collar. It’s 3/4 sleeve is gathered with a gold button. The fabric is very soft and great for traveling. It’s machine wash and dry. Measurements are top to bottom 24”, pit to pit 18” and sleeves are 18”.
