Very cute and comfortable midi dress from Red Dress Boutique. Dress is an off white color with a navy blue floral design. There’s a v-neckline with tassels that can be tied up or left down. Waistline is a flexible smocked material. Sleeves are 3/4 length and the bottom skirt of the dress is double-lined and not see-through. It’s super cute and can be worn casually or dressed up. Size small, which can fit as a size 4.
