NWT Cut-out Dress in Blue!

Super cute blueish-purplish silk dress. Has a cutout in the center showing a bit of skin. Super flattering and super comfortable and soft material. Never worn and has tags. Couldn’t try it at the store and it’s too small for me. Model is my gorgeous roommate 💓 No returns on this item, so if you have any questions please ask! It has no stains and it is a smoke free home.
