NWT Cyan Lace I Spy Fit and Flare Skirt, size 4

This is a gorgeous NWT teal blue embroidered lace with black lace inserts fit and flare, A-line skirt in a size 4. The skirt is fully lined in black acetate and has a back zipper. Material is 75.2 % cotton, 24.8% nylon, dry clean only. Skirt is 19 in long from waist to flirty hem; waist is approximately 13.5--please double as this was measured with skirt lying flat. This skirt is part of a 2 piece skirt set, but I had to buy the size 6 jacket to fit my shoulders, so if you do not want a size 4 skirt/size 6 jacket, you have the choice to purchase only one of the pieces.
