NWT - DARE TO WEAR - BLACK DRESS WITH LACE. Can be worn as a short dress or top with leggings. The top has lace and cap sleeves which then falls into an A-line solid black and the front has two areas with silver studs that has black satin ribbon tying it up. You can open or tie up more to make the skirt loser or tighter, there is lace at the hem. The back is solid black except the neck and hem which has lace, there is a tie back at the waist. Measurements: B- 18", W -16", H - 22", L- 33".
