New with tags DOLLS AND DIVAS COUTURE little girls dress. Evening/formal/party/special occasion. Fitted on top with flared tutu-like skirt. White scuba material. Sleeveless. Crewneck. Clear crystal rhinestone bling stripe down front with removable blush pink mesh lace and sequin flower pin. Skirt of dress has satin lining with 3 layers of white gathered tulle. NOTE: I just realized when listing this that the pin might not be original to the dress. The pin is hiding a gap in the rhinestone stripe. It’s so pretty though and no one mentioned it when I bought it. Size: 6X
