NWT DRESS FROM DILLARDS

NWT- just bought from dillards to try on at home, bought for a wedding and changed my mind- couldn’t return in time. super cute, only flaw is in the pic- the belt loop part came that way from dillards. Not a big deal, can be removed or sown back Silk & side slit, it’s beautiful! It’s more of a wine color than bright red.
