It is 100% polyester with a velvet feeling trim on the chest and bottom of dress. Lined with silky polyester black material. 20 from armpit to armpit across front of chest and 36 from top of shoulder to bottom of dress. Neckline has elastic in it and arms are ¾ sleeve with elastic at cuff. New with the $82 tag attached. Pretty!
