NWT DVF Autumn blue diamond parakeet wrap size 4

New Diane von Furstenberg Autumn wrap dress in Blue Diamond color. The 3/4 sleeves are split from the shoulder to the cuff. Fabric: 48% silk,45% nylon, 7% spandex. Lining is polyester. Please note while this is new with tags there is a small snag as seen in the last picture on the back bottom of the skirt. Price has been adjusted accordingly.
