NWT Dahlia UK Navy Polka Dot Sailor Dress Sz S, XS

Dahlia UK (purchased from ASOS)/ KIND OF NEW WITH TAGS- I guess I didn’t leave the paper tag itself on but the plastic thing and plastic bag with the extra button are still on there. But it is brand new! I’ve only tried it on/ Size small, I think this would fit an XS best, the waist is pretty tight/ Navy with white heart shaped polka dots, gold buttons, sailor neckline
