BRAND NEW with original tag. Dark blue shirt dress long enough to cover the bum and has two exterior button pockets. Pairs great with leggings! Label says XXL but it fits M-L. Purchased from an Asian boutique store. Measures 32" long, shoulder to shoulder 15".
