NWT Darling Summer Midi

Darling NWT off white mid dress with flowers. Elastic bust and elastic in the shoulders to allow for an off the shoulder look. SO pretty!! This is lined but please note the lining stops around the area of a mini dress. Bag not included. Marked size US medium but fits more like a small-medium so I’m marking it as small. More of an off white color than cream/tan.
