My mom used to do a lot of entertaining, balls and functions so I'm selling a few things that were hers :) happy to answer any questions! Measurements: Waist - 12 1/2 inches across. Is elastic in back. Easily stretches to 14 1/2 inches across. Hips - 21 inches across. Length - 34 inches.
