NWT Designer ‘Lawrence’ boutique dress from iconic Washington DC store Garfinkle’s.SO much attention to detail. Fully lined - strapless - ruching - sequined bodice - waist to hem ‘fringe’ over lovely thin tulle underlay. Well positioned bodice ‘bones’ for overall shape. Never worn - excellent condition. This is definitely a special occasion dress - unique and a show stopper : )
