Size is a medium, best for a waist size of 28-30" according to the website (if you're curious unstretched and set on tightest hooks it measures 11.5" flat, so it could probably suit a smaller waist size too like 26-27"). I have other pieces from this brand in my wardrobe in this size, all fit well, and my waist currently sits at 29" (but I know it's also worked fine when I was 31").
