💙NWT Do + Be Two-Fer Blouse

NWT Do + Be Two-Fer Blouse. Size L. (Looks like a little vest over a button up top!) Bought for work or going out but never got to wear it. Navy body (vest) with light blue and white striped button up underneath it. The blouse has wide white cuffs with big gold buttons. I was going to roll these cuffs up. Tags come with extra buttons. Love this!💙
