NWT Dollcake Harper Floral and Lace Dress Girls

For floral lovers! We are in love with this vintage looking design. This little number features a beautiful light beige wide lace on the skirt that matches the floral fabric perfectly. The skirt also includes tulle underneath for fullness and is fully lined. The back bodice is elasticated for a comfortable fit. The back straps can be tied two ways, the first through the middle double loop or can be crossed into the side loops (as photographed). We simply love this casual vintage design.
