New. Beautiful, deep royal blue lined polyester dress suit by Donna Morgan. Jacket is embellished with beads and blue satin covered buttons. Fully lined - shoulder pads. Elastic in back half of the skirt - straight with hook/zipper in back. N1445 NOTE: Jacket is a larger size than the skirt. Jacket is 24 WP - Skirt is 20WP. Also - last picture shows a few of the beads missing. The jacket tag has extra button and extra beads where this can be replaced.
