NWT Donna Morgan cocktail dress

New with tags. Beautiful silvery blue color - fitted top with empire waist and fuller skirt with tulle overlay. Built in bra on the inside so no need for a strapless bra. Pintucked details on bodice. Approx measurements: waist 15.5", bust 17", length 31" with an additional 2" of tulle. One or two tiny runs in tulle as shown, only found them because I tried really hard! Non-smoking home.
