NWT Draper James Floral Swiss Dot Smocked Dress

NWT, navy with orange vintage inspired floral detail. Swiss dot detail, with ruffled collar (comes up full neck), sheer ballooned sleeves, button back detail. 100% polyester. Fits loose (even though XS, I feel if you were a size S in other labels you’d be entirely ok), hits just above knee, double lined, light and airy! Looks cute with a waist belt for a more gathered look, and real cute with booties or cowboy boots :)
