This is a new with tags Draper James gorgeous tiered skirt. It's navy, though a couple of pictures required lighting to show details. The fabric features an embroidered eyelet floral pattern, there is a band at the waist, and the bottom of the skirt features a tiered ruffle. Hook and eye closure above a well hidden zipper is in the back. Shell and lining are both 100% cotton for easy care.
