The dress bottom has a row of pleated ruffle (see photo #5 for reference). Matching fabric belt ties at the waistline with three string belt loops to hold it in place. Dress includes two pockets and has a fabric liner running throughout (see photo #7) The pattern has a green background with pink flowers running throughout.
