New with tags!!! This is a strapless, sweetheart top dress that zips up in the back, the tweed like material is actually polyester. It does have a lining in the inside and a rubber strip along the top of the bodice to keep it from slipping . Purchased from Urban Outfitters. Brand is actually Kimchi Blue. Retails for $78.00.
