lavendergirl426 @healowe57 Hi, I apologize for the delay in getting back to you and appreciate your patience. Here is the info you requested. The waist measures around 44" around. It is embellished with beautiful designs. The skirt is not double layered however the material is substantial and not at all see thru while not being too heavy. The color is not ombre. It is a shimmery material with a slight silver sheen to it. The material is Rayon 70%, Polyester 19% and 11% Nylon. It is very soft and flowy.
