Reposhing this item I purchased from @_wildsoul_. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new.
Still "NWT" I never wore it! I somehow lost the sash, but the dress has remained hung up in my smoke free, pet free home since purchase. There is no stretch which I need! It's a gorgeous Eliza J dress with the awesome handkerchief hem. The color will bring you through fall and would look super cute with denim jacket. Wish it fit!

@chevyg20 hi Lisa - here are the measurements for the blue & gold dress that you already bought. let me know if you want to see any pictures of where i took these measurements. if it sounds good to you i will put the dress in the mail today: across the neck from strap to strap/ 8". bottom of pit/arm hole going across chest 19.5 inches laid flat. neck line to waist verticle drop 12#. waist measured flat 18 inches. there is zipper up the back no stretch.

eliza j handkerchief dress measurements. pictures as needed: arm opening 15 inches flat. bottom pit to pit 20 inches across. waist flat 18in across. neck to shorter handkerchief drop - 37 inches. neck to longer handkerchief drop 46 inches. i do not have the belt but this is a very pretty dress!
