NWT!! EXPRESS Sequin sparkle top!

Brand New!! NWT! EXPRESS. This top has a solid black cotton back. Super comfortable and lightweight. It kind of hugs the hips a bit. It is a longer Top on me but I'm only 5'1". I would wear this with BLack leggings and boots or heals but would be adorable with jeans or a skirt as well. Perfect for night out and great piece for the holidays! It's 21.5" from pit to bottom. Tag says SMALL but I feel it's more like a MEDIUM or just runs a bit big. Bought online, never Worn. To big for me:/
