NWT Edward L womens white button down shirt w/ floral embroidered cuffs classic

Brand new with tags and extra buttons attached. Edward button down, long sleeve white shirt. Size Medium. Amazing floral embroidery on both cuffs. This has been hanging in my closet and the back neckband does have a little dirt on it (see last photo).
