NWT Eight Sixty dress from lord and Taylor

NWT eight sixty black dress with gold/bronzedetail. Pinched waist with sheer overlay (but has full lining). Never worn but tried on (hence a few deodorant marks shown in photo). Very small amount of frayed pieces (shown in photos but may be how it is supposed to be).
