This is an elegant sky blue puff sleeve dress from Elagia. Features beautiful puff sleeves that can be worn on or off the shoulders. Little buttons adorn the cuffs for excellent detail. The bust is tailored in a corset style that ends at the natural waist and finishes in a midi length. I absolutely adore the cut of this dress.
