NWT Elisabeth Black Sailor Button Dress Collar 6P

New with tags Elisabeth sailor type dress is petite size 6P. Dress buttons up the front with faux Pearl buttons. Short sleeves dress has a collar, lapel and removable Dicky insert that has a white stripe design similar to Sailors dress clothes. Slim fitting dress has multiple straps on back attached to each side. Dress has shoulder pads and I believe is midi length. Made in USA of 100% polyester. Armpit to armpit is about 18.5” across front. Armpit to hem is about 30” long.
