NWT Eliza J Black and White Striped Yoke A line Dress pink pop

Adorable bold striped Eliza J dress in unworn, NWT condition. Comes with pink patent faux leather belt. Yoke neckline, nipped in waist, pleated a-line skirt. Partially lined. Condition: It is still new with tags, but there has begun to be some peeling on the shiny bit of the pink belt (see two up close photos for details), so I've shown the dress without the belt to help you better envision it without that styling element. The pink belt is still perfectly usable and the peeling parts are not obvious, but it's definitely something to take into consideration. See pictures for material.
