NWT Eliza J midi wrap dress. Black and white floral with short sleeves. Polyester and spandex, really stretchy and light. Fits like a size 10 but the wrap gives the option to tighten or loosen (could fit 8-12) and is great for any size bust. Nice for any season and for work or casual. Another thing I loved but didn't wear and forgot to return!
