NWT Embroidered Floral Dress

How cuteeeeee is this nwt dress!? Covered in a multi colored floral pattern. The flowers on front of dress are trimmed in bright threading & sequins! Shoulders & bust also sequined. Long side pieces to tie in a cute bow in back or leave hanging. Dress 2 big on me & S is my size so it runs more a "S/M" or a M in my opinion!
