NWT - Express Crushed Velvet Shrug

Gorgeous black crushed velvet shrug, from Express, perfect for a dress up occasion when you need alittle something to cover the arms or complete the outfit. I ordered it with intention to wear over a sleeveless formal dress and I absolutely Loved it, but it idid fit me the way I wanted it to. Never worn, only tried on. Size Large.
