NWT black Express dress with zip-up sides. The zippers on the sides can be zipped down to reveal black lace on the sides, or can be zipped all the way up to the arm. No defects. The length is 34” from shoulder to bottom. Hits a couple inches above the knee for average height. I’m 5’2” and it hits just above the knee. Listing at 50% of the purchase price 😘
