Elastic waist with tie, v neck wrap style (pin if needed), I accidentally bought this twice, I have it in another pattern and get millions of compliments. For winter fall, they’re great with tights and boots, for summer, sandals. Satin so maybe a little warm for summer but not that bad. It’s a romper so shorts! Even if the wind blows I’m fine.
