NWT Express Little Black Dress

NWT black tulle dress from Express. This dress is perfect and I’m really upset it doesn’t fit me anymore. I bought it a while ago but never worn. It still has all the tags on and has been stored properly. It’s two layers black polka dot tulle and really dainty. Perfect for a party or a date. It has a small elegant panel that exposes the midriff a bit but still keeps you classy and covered. The best thing about this dress are the shorts under the two layers of tulle. Never worry about the wind exposing you! It’s really a 10/10. The tag says XS but I think it would fit an S too.
